Information we collect
We collect only the information needed for product matching and quotation, project follow-up and website security.
- Contact details such as your name, company, email address or WhatsApp number.
- Product, tower and project information, including dimensions, materials and requested quantities.
- Photos, drawings and other files that you choose to upload or send.
- Basic technical and security information generated by your browser and Cloudflare Turnstile.
How we use it
We use your information to compare products, prepare a quotation, answer your inquiry, coordinate production or export requirements, prevent abuse and maintain service security.
Product suggestions are assisted matches only. A factory team member reviews the information before confirming an exact match, closest profile or custom recommendation.
Service providers and international processing
Our inquiry service uses Cloudflare Worker, R2, D1 and Turnstile for secure processing, temporary file storage, inquiry records and abuse protection. When you choose WhatsApp or email, the information you send is also processed by that provider under its own privacy terms.
Retention
Uploaded photos, drawings, secure download links and upload records are retained for 30 days, then scheduled for deletion.
Text inquiry records, known dimensions and contact details may be retained for up to 24 months after the last contact or project completion, unless a longer period is required by law or an active commercial relationship.
Your choices and rights
You may ask us to access, correct or delete your inquiry information, subject to applicable legal and business record requirements. You may also contact the factory without uploading a file by using email or WhatsApp.
Security
We use access controls, time-limited links and automated abuse protection. No internet service can guarantee absolute security, so please do not send unnecessary identity, payment or confidential personal documents through the matching form.
